Campaigns are live within 14 days. Leads should start coming in within the first few days. The first 4 to 6 weeks is a learning phase, the platforms are gathering data and optimising. Most clients start seeing consistent qualified lead flow from weeks 4 to 8 onwards. Smaller ad budgets collect data more slowly, so patience in the early weeks directly affects how quickly the system improves.
We recommend a minimum of 2,200 AED per month in ad spend for one platform, or 3,600 AED for both, separate from the management fee. Higher budgets allow us to run through learning phases faster, and start driving qualified results quicker.
Ad creative and copy is included in the service. We will need raw brand assets, including your logo, and any existing photography or footage you have, but we produce the ads. If you want to record talking head videos for the campaigns, we will brief you on exactly what to say, and we can edit the raw footage with your existing B-roll or stock footage.
Most campaigns that don’t work fail for the same reasons, the landing page wasn’t built to convert, the follow-up process wasn’t set up for cold traffic, or the campaign wasn’t given enough time and budget to exit the learning phase. We build the full system, not just the ads. If the issue was something outside campaign structure, we will tell you honestly on the Fit Call.
There is no long-term contract. We work month to month. That said, we ask clients to commit to a minimum of three months before drawing conclusions, not for our benefit, but because campaigns that are stopped before the learning phase is complete never show what they are capable of.
The setup fee covers the full campaign build, Access, resreach and analysis, Google and Meta account structure, ad creative, landing page, conversion tracking, CRM integration, and reporting setup. This is confirmed on the Fit Call based on your starting point.
Change requests go through our online ticketing system. We action one batch of changes per month, included in the service. If you need more frequent changes or a more hands-on arrangement, our full-service partnership starts at 6,000 AED per month.
Yes. This works alongside referrals, organic content, or any other acquisition channels you are running. In fact, paid traffic compounds with other channels, remarketing to people who have engaged with your organic content, for example, is something we build into the campaign structure.
